On Monday September 25th at 10AM EDT we will be updating the HP24 Production SFTP servers supported cipher/MAC/Key Exchange lists.

To ensure compatibility and your ability to connect to our servers, please confirm that your connections support the following:

Supported Cipher List:
aes128-ctr
aes192-ctr
aes256-ctr

Supported MAC List:
hmac-sha256
hmac-sha2-256
hmac-sha512
hmac-sha2-512

Supported Key Exchange List:
diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256
diffie-hellman-group18-sha512
diffie-hellman-group17-sha512
diffie-hellman-group16-sha512
diffie-hellman-group15-sha512
diffie-ellman-group14-sha256
ecdh-sha2-nistp256
ecdh-sha2-nistp384
ecdh-sha2-nistp521

Please note that our HP24 Test/UAT SFTP server already has these new standard applied.

No SFTP service downtime is expected for our clients while completing this change.
