HealthPay24 Platform Maintenance - 05.06.2024

Platform Maintenance will be performed on Monday May 6th between 8PM and 11:30PM EDT with our HP24 VPN firewalls. During this time our clients may experience some brief site-to-site VPN down time. This could specifically affect both HL7/ADT message flows and SFTP server connections/processes. If an outage still exists after this maintenance is complete, please have your IT team reset the site-to-site VPN connection. If the issue persists please reach out to HP24 Support.
