Our vendor Rackspace has rescheduled the emergency maintenance, originally scheduled for 2023-07-19, that will impact HL7 and SFTP services. Rackspace engineers will perform an emergency code upgrade to restore full redundancy on an aggregation switch. During this maintenance clients will lose connectivity for up to one hour. Our technical support team will be monitoring services and availability during this maintenance period.
